OAK ORCHARD — Two Millsboro residents were arrested on felony theft and related charges after a theft incident at a residence, Delaware State Police spokeswoman Master Cpl. Heather Pepper said.

According to DSP, troopers were called to a residence on Captains Way at approximately 7:48 p.m. Sunday for a reported theft. The 47-year-old male homeowner returned home and discovered property missing from inside the residence, authorities said.

Police said Patrick Ford, 26, and Isabelle Olson, 24, were determined to be acquaintances who allegedly removed property from the home and sold some of the items.

Police said Mr. Ford and Ms. Olson were later located in a vehicle and taken into custody without incident. Police said drug paraphernalia and marijuana were found inside the car.

Mr. Ford was charged with theft of $1,500 or greater, second-degree conspiracy, selling stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts), possession of marijuana (civil violation) and failure to remain in a single lane. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 3, Georgetown, and released on his own recognizance. He also was issued a citation for the drug and traffic charges.

Ms. Olson was charged with theft of $1,500 or greater, second-degree conspiracy and selling stolen property. She also was arraigned in JP Court 3 and released on her own recognizance.
