Free yoga pain clinic offered in Rehoboth
REHOBOTH BEACH — Svaroopa yoga is offering a free class where participants can learn techniques to reduce and eliminate pain.
Learn what is going on from yoga’s perspective and experience a few body-friendly yoga poses selected specifically for those in attendance. At the end of the program, you will know if classes or private therapy sessions will be likely to help you.
This program will be held on Saturday, July 24 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Rehoboth Beach Yoga, 20245 Bay Vista Road, Unit 101.
