REHOBOTH BEACH — County Bank announces Amanda “Mandi” Dill will be heading up the mortgage lending department as assistant vice president.

A graduate from Wilmington University in finance, she comes with 21 years experience, most recently at M&T Bank.

Ms. Dill has held various roles including mortgage loan officer in the Harrington marketplace and was recognized as a top performer, receiving the President’s Council/Chairman’s Club award 2018 - 2022.

“I’m very excited for Mandi. She will be taking over a mortgage department that has been a leader in the Sussex County market for 25+ years. Mandi has an extensive background in the mortgage industry, and I am confident that her experience and leadership will build on the great reputation the department already has. I look forward to working with her and growing the bank together,” said Clay Serman, SVP, chief lending officer.

Ms. Dill lives in Felton with her six fur babies and enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping and antiquing.
