All-way stop coming to Seaford and Oneal roads
SEAFORD — The Delaware Department of Transportation’s Traffic Signal Construction Section, along with Kriss Contracting, is scheduled to install an all-way stop control at the intersection of Alternate U.S. 13/Seaford Road and Oneals Road to improve intersection safety.

All-way stop coming to Seaford and Oneal roads
SEAFORD — The Delaware Department of Transportation’s Traffic Signal Construction Section, along with Kriss Contracting, is scheduled to install an all-way stop control at the intersection of Alternate U.S. 13/Seaford Road and Oneals Road to improve intersection safety.
The construction will begin Monday and will last through early April, pending weather. Motorists can anticipate daytime lane and shoulder closures on weekdays from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The project will include new stop signs, warning signs, “Stop Ahead” pavement markings and flashing beacons along Seaford Road. The safety enhancements will now require motorists along both directions of Seaford Road to stop at the intersection with Oneals Road.
Flaggers will be on-site to direct motorists through the intersection.
