Willard: Communities safer when officers take home cars

In response to a recent Opinion: So, if you or your family needed an officer and they were all busy somewhere else, you would be willing to wait for an officer to be called in from his or her home, drive to where their official vehicle is located, then come to your aid (“Officers don’t need to have take-home cars”)?
