DOVER — The First State Webfooters will celebrate 40 years with a 5K/10K walking event this month.
The event will be held at the Kent County Recreation Center, 1683 New Burton Road, Dover on Saturday, May 22, from 8 a.m. to noon, finished by 3 p.m.
The walk will take participants through Wyoming, past Wyoming Historic Tavern 1890, railway station, ice cream parlor, along Isaac Branch waterway, Brecknock Park and POW/MIA Highway.
This event is sanctioned by AVA America’s Walking Club.
