‘The Tides’ finally rising at River Marsh in Cambridge

The initial vision for a community of resort lifestyle quality family homes adjoining the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Property has been 23 years in the making, often with more promise than progress.

But on Tuesday, April 29, they, and community partners celebrated the tenacious spirit of what Fairchild called “Team Tides” at the official groundbreaking ceremony organized by the Dorchester Chamber of Commerce.
