Speak Up: Transportation hub a ‘catalyst’ for new era in downtown Dover

Posted

It might seem like 2026 is far away, but to members of the Downtown Dover Partnership, it’s just around the corner. While there are numerous projects on the horizon, the one the organization hopes spurs the Capital City 2030 strategic plan is a much-sought-after transportation center/parking garage. • How about cleaning up the crime in Dover first? Or is that not a priority? — Willie Preacher
