A bill that would remove a sunset provision to a policy allowing restaurants, brewpubs, taverns, taprooms and other entities with valid on-premise licenses to sell to-go alcoholic beverages has moved out of committee and was passed by the House. Opponents say the bill would remove the public-input portion from the patio-licensing process. What’s the solution?
