Taylor Swift’s first tour since 2018 kicked off with a Ticketmaster online sales meltdown, resulting in the cancellation of general public sales a few days later due to a lack of tickets. Two million tickets to The Eras tour were purchased during presales that Tuesday, the most sold on the platform in a single day. If you tried to buy tickets, how was your experience?
