Speak Up: Housing Authority extends duration of rental, utility assistance

The Delaware State Housing Authority announced recently that eligible renters can receive up to 18 months of rental and utility assistance through its Delaware Housing Assistance Program, up from 15 months. The extension will give extra time to reduce the risk of eviction, housing instability or financial insecurity due to the pandemic.
