Speak Up: Delaware now has an official state cocktail

For the millions of tourists who flock to Dewey Beach each year, visiting The Starboard is a must. Many stops there are accompanied by a staple of the longtime restaurant and bar: the Orange Crush. Now, after an effort by the retiring former Speaker of the House Pete Schwartzkopf and Gov. John Carney’s signature Aug. 16, the drink is now the official cocktail of the First State.
