Smyrna’s Korean War Memorial moved to more prominent spot

SMYRNA — U.S. Army Pfc. Richard D. Hutchinson, a Smyrna native, was killed during the Battle of the Ch’ongch’on River on Nov. 28, 1950, during the outset of the Korean War.
