LITTLE CREEK — Two separate shooting incidents in the same area are being investigated in Little Creek by Delaware State Police.
On Friday, residents around the 300 block of Main Street were awoken by the sound of gunfire at approximately 12:06 a.m., according to the police report. Officials said that one resident located multiple bullet holes in their home and 22 spent shell casings were discovered on the west side of the residence in the roadway.
Gunfire was heard again at 4:08 a.m. on Sunday morning and 30 more spent shell casings were discovered outside the same residence as Friday, according to the report.
No injuries have been reported and there were no surveillance images available on Sunday. The suspects are described as three males wearing dark colored clothing, who after firing the rounds, entered into two separate light colored sedans and fled northbound on Bayside Drive.
