SALISBURY — TidalHealth has announced that Shelley Marshall of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Crisfield is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional's First Quarter 2022 Employee of the Quarter for Administrative and Support Services.

“Shelley is an excellent TidalHealth team member day in and day out. She is always early or on time, she goes above and beyond with her morning routine making sure the clinic is ready to receive patients, and always has a positive, can-do attitude,” a TidalHealth spokesperson said.

“She has never said ‘No I can’t do that’ - it is always ‘yes’ or ‘I will learn how.’”

Shelly was willing to drive over an hour to Seaford for the EPIC go live in Nanticoke to help train the front desk staff in the Physical Medicine dept. She continues to be an ongoing resource for the Nanticoke team when they have questions.

She is extremely well-organized with her scheduling and always gets authorizations for therapy ahead of schedule. She is a hard worker and does a lot of little things to make the therapists’ days a little easier. Shelly greets patients and visitors in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner. She helps to create a sense of community by really getting to know the patients and talking with them about their day.
