Shallcross Lake Road to close for streambank work

MIDDLETOWN — The Delaware Department of Transportation announced that Shallcross Lake Road (bridge over Shallcross Spillway), between Ruth Drive and Nantucket Drive in Middletown, will be closed for streambank stabilization work from March 9 at 7 a.m. until March 10 at 3 p.m., pending weather.
Detour signs will be posted for motorists.
