ELLENDALE — A 60-year-old Ellendale man was arrested on a first-degree reckless endangering charge Wednesday during a search warrant execution, police said.
Paul Hanzer was taken into custody by the Ellendale Police Department at his residence, Ellendale police chief Bruce VonGoerres said. The Milford Police Department also assisted in the arrest, along with the Delaware State Police Troop 4 Governors Task Force and the Delaware Department of Probation.
Mr. Hanzer was also charged with aggravated menacing and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was released on $16,000 unsecured bond.
