DOVER — The Delaware Department of Transportation has announced the closure of North State Street between Cecil and Clara streets, Monday through Feb. 27, 2023, for the installation of a water main line.

Those traveling south on North State Street should turn right onto William Street, left onto North Governors Avenue, left onto West Division Street, then back onto North State.

Those traveling north on North State should turn left onto West Division Street, right onto North Governors Avenue, right onto Ross Street, then back onto North State.
