Question of the Day: What’s the solution for homelessness?

Here is the Question of the Day:

A plan to provide homeless individuals small homes as a springboard to self-sufficiency has been endorsed by Georgetown officials, and discussion continues about what financial support the town is able to provide for this. The number of homeless people in Delaware has increased 35% since 2018 and there are several encampments near Georgetown. Along with housing, what suggestions do you have for assisting people out of homelessness?
