The Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs has received recommendations from an assessment study for suggested improvements to the Delaware Veterans Home, a 144-bed nursing facility in Milford. Among the recommended improvements are staff satisfaction efforts, hiring a compliance officer and beefing up minority representation on the state’s veteran commission.
