Question of the Day: Should charter school enrollment be geographically limited?

Here is the Question of the Day:

House Bill 238, approved last week and sent to a Senate committee, would remove the limitation of charter schools giving preference to students who live within five miles of the school and increase educational opportunities for students in Delaware. What should lawmakers consider concerning this legislation?
