Question of the Day: Is Ian still causing havoc?

Here is the Question of the Day:

Hurricane Ian was downgraded to a post-tropical cyclone but remains a stubborn low-pressure system off the coast that has produced days of wet and windy weather. Referred to by some as “Nor’Ian” and “Ghost of Ian,” the storm system has resulted in continuing rain, flooding, high surf rip currents and gale warnings.
