Question of the Day: How can intersection be made safer?

Here is the Question of the Day:

City and state officials are taking a hard look at the intersection of Governors Boulevard, Ross Street and Bradford Street in Dover. The site of “numerous accidents (and) general safety concerns,” public input is being sought regarding low-impact traffic calming options. What suggested improvements to the intersection would you offer?
