The Delaware Expanding Access for Retirement and Necessary Savings Program (Delaware EARNS) continues to expand and will hire an executive director along with marketing, promotion and legal personnel this year. The plan will offer retirement savings opportunities for middle- and low-income employees currently without access, said to be more than half of Delaware workers. How will the program benefit you?
