Several hundred youngsters and their parents attended Treat Street in Downtown Salisbury on Sunday, Oct. 31.
A free event sponsored by the Salisbury Jaycees, Treat Street provides an alternative to going door-to-door on Halloween. Participation in this event is limited to children ages 11 and younger
To participate, children must wear a costume, bring their own trick-or-treat bag, and be accompanied by an adult.
Ideal weather helped make the event a big success.
