Persistence has paid off, literally, for Hailey Sullenberger.
The 22-year-old owner of For Looks Studios succeeded in obtaining a $50,000 Encouraging Development, Growth and Expansion grant from the Delaware Division of Small Business. It was her third try for the funding.
