SEAFORD — No injuries were reported in a shooting Tuesday night in the Clearbrooke Estates development.

According to Delaware State Police spokeswoman Master Cpl. Heather Pepper, shots were fired from a dark-colored sedan toward a white 2017 Hyundai Accent in the 500 block of Clearbrooke Boulevard. Two females, ages 17 and 16, were in the Accent, along with a 31-year-old male. All are Seaford residents.

The sedan fled the area after the shooting, police said.

Investigating troopers discovered shell casings nearby and a bullet hole in the garage door of an area residence. A 72-year-old male and 68-year-old female were inside the home at the time but were uninjured, police said.

The investigation continues, and police asked anyone with information to contact Detective Z. Spudis by calling 752-3807. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333 or by visiting here.
