Among them were a 14 percent overall crime rate reduction, a Criminal Investigation Division Clearance rate of 69.6 percent, implementation of Patrolling with Purpose, GIS Crime mapping capabilities, shot spotter technology and 140 cameras citywide, plus improved partnerships with the Dorchester County Board of Education and Maryland Juvenile Services Department.
