Millsboro Police Department offers more than treats on Halloween
Officers distribute drug-disposal equipment

The Millsboro Police Department brought more to their tented Halloween area than candy Thursday.
Deterra, a plant-based drug deactivation and disposal system certified by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, was also handed out.
