MILLSBORO — A 40-year-old Millsboro man was charged with unlawful sexual contact and other offenses after an alleged incident at a laundromat, authorities said.

Jason Eastburn allegedly committed the offenses at approximately 6:24 p.m. Tuesday at Bodie’s Laundromat on South Bedford Street. While inside the business, Mr. Eastburn approached and inappropriately touched an adult female and her juvenile daughter, Georgetown police Det. Joey Melvin said.

Police said Mr. Eastburn was taken into custody Friday. He was charged with second- and third-degree unlawful sexual contact, and two counts each of indecent exposure, lewdness, sexual harassment and disorderly conduct.

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on his own recognizance.
