Milford property tax appeals session set for July 26
MILFORD — A property tax appeals session, in regard to the city’s 2021-22 general property assessment, is set to be held by City Council.
The session will begin at 7 p.m. July 26. It will be held in the council chambers of Milford City Hall, 201 S. Walnut St.
During the session, the council will act as a Board of Revision and Appeal.
Copies of the assessment are posted at City Hall and the Milford Customer Service Center (119 S. Walnut St.). The assessment also is available here.
A property owner wishing to appeal the value of his or her property must contact the Customer Service department at 422-6616 by 4:30 p.m. July 9.
