Milford police chief, state rep. to speak at community meeting

Milford Police Chief Cecilia Ashe and State Rep. Bryan Shupe will give presentations at a community meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 6 p.m. at the Milford Police Department, 401 N.E. Front St.
Chief Ashe will discuss public engagement and communication with law enforcement, pedestrian-safety codes, crime analysis and her vision for the police department this year.
Rep. Shupe will advocate for increased presence of school-resource officers in schools, eliminating aggressive panhandling and enacting measures to constrain state spending.
