Long Neck resident to lead Delaware Transportation Department

Shanté Hastings of Long Neck, the Delaware Department of Transportation’s deputy secretary and chief engineer, will lead the agency as acting secretary effective Dec. 21, Gov. John Carney announced Thursday.
