What uniquely qualifies you for this office?

I believe this position is to be a voice for the people. To advocate for them and fight on their behalf. In my career, I have had to do so for my clients and my staff. I will listen to understand the needs of my constituents and represent their needs.

What are the top three issues for this office in your view?

Clean air and water. Updated infrastructure. Criminal justice reform.

What would be your top priority if elected?

To get my constituents clean water. People are getting sick from poor water quality.

If you could change one state policy or law, what would it be?

I would legalize cannabis.

What can Delaware do about its workforce issues?

Delaware is growing rapidly in population but not as rapidly in wages. We need to attract more companies here that will offer better, good-paying jobs to get more income in our residents’ pockets.

What, if any, gun laws would you change?

I would not change any gun law.

How would you protect or change abortion rights in the state?

I would advocate for the rights of all individuals to be able to decide what to do with their bodies. Nobody should be denied a medical service they need because the government said so.

Do you support the State Employee Benefits Committee’s move to a Medicare Advantage plan for state retirees? Why?

Not answered.
