Milford police: Body found along road likely not linked to traffic

By MILFORD — The death of a Rehoboth Beach man whose body was found in the median of U.S. 113 last week does not appear to be related to activity on the road, Milford police Lt. Robert Masten said Monday.
Robert R. Roswell III, 41, was located by a passing motorist in the 600 block of U.S. 113 at approximately 6:23 a.m. May 16, police said.
The Delaware Division of Forensic Science is investigating the cause and manner of death, Lt. Masten said, and it is unknown when police would receive further details.
