Hurlock third graders visit Town Hall, meet Mayor

Hurlock Mayor, the Reverand Charles Cephas, who previously served on the town’s council for over 20 years, is no stranger to answering constituent questions.

But on Friday, November 14 he got the chance to field a few he hadn't previously heard, including “What is the best tallest building in town,” “How many businesses does Hurlock have,” and “How old are you?”
