HOCKESSIN — North Star Elementary School achieved first place for Delaware in the annual SpringBoard math competition.
During this 10-week math challenge, fifth graders successfully completed online activities to come in first in Delaware in a national contest attracting 400,000 students from more than 20,000 classes.
The eighth edition of SpringBoard was presented by SplashLearn. The game-based learning program was rolled out for elementary classrooms March 1 and ended May 8.
