Hilovsky outlines plans as Delaware House’s new 4th District legislator
Focus is on public safety, jobs and education

As the newly elected state representative for the relocated 4th District in Millsboro, Republican Jeff Hilovsky will take a fact-and-focus agenda to Legislative Hall.
“Let’s get to work now. The die has been cast,” Mr. Hilovsky said Wednesday. “It’s time to think about priorities.”
