MAGNOLIA — The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control has entered into negotiations for the voluntary cleanup of hazardous materials on a roughly 2 1/2-acre parcel in Magnolia.

The lot, known as the Hatteras Property Site, is located at Clapham Road and Sophers Row.

“The site requires remedial action due to historic activities on site,” according to a press release from DNREC.
