HARTLY — A wanted 61-year-old Hartly man was located, arrested and charged Saturday regarding alleged violations of a domestic violence protective order, Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier said.
According to authorities, Frederick G. Roberts Jr. was taken into custody at approximately 6:55 p.m.. He was found standing outside at the time, police said.
Mr. Roberts was charged with six counts of criminal contempt of a domestic violence protective order, and one count of stalking. He was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $7,000 cash bond.
