Harrington Parks & Recreation officials reminds local residents that the city’s spring soccer sign-up period is open. To ensure their children a spot in the program, parents should download the application form at www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=hpr, then return it by March 3. After that date, the department only will accept applications if there is room in the child’s age bracket.
Applicants may e-mail the completed form (don’t forget your child’s jersey size!) to dpoore@cityofharrington.com and then receive an invoice. People also may send the form and payment to Harrington Parks & Recreation, 114 E. Liberty St., Harrinton, DE 19952. For more information, call 302-398-7975.
