Everette W. Stallings of Dover, DE passed away on April 11, 2025 surrounded by his family.
If his story was written,
Everette was most proud about being a father and grandfather to his many grandchildren. He was very proud of being a sign tech. And loved pointing out which big fancy signs he did even if it is the third time telling you. He loved collecting an assortment of things from many of his Elvis collections to his coin collection and anything Bud Lite. He was one of the hardest working men we had the honor of knowing. Doing everything he could to support his family/friends and for himself. He was a very active man not letting much keep him down.
His story is the greatest ever told. Of a kind and loving father, who had a heart of gold. No matter how many words we write, we would not be able to say how much we miss you every single day. We will always remember all you taught us, and we know you don’t want us to be sad; because you will still send us all the answers and will forever be our dad.
Drinking was his thing and always came to have a good time. I am sure wherever he is and whoever he is with, that is still how he plans on spending his time.
He is predeceased in death by his father Augustine Haymond Sr., his brother Johnny Stallings, sister Gwen Haymond and niece Valerie Hunter.
He is survived by his three loving children, Nathean Stallings (Lauren), Aaron Stallings (Samantha), and Cassidy Stallings, step-daughter Spring Tripp. Mother of his children and former wife, Violet Stallings. Sister Phyllis Smith (Scott). Cherished pop pop of David (DJ) Vilone Jr., Layla Vilone, Jace Vilone, Caden Stallings, Skylinn Cales, Jaelynn Stallings, Shane Tripp, Xavier Ford, Jesse Stallings, Waylon Stallings, Brenden Vilone and expecting granddaughter. Loving uncle to Dustin (Jamie), Brandon (Bre), Marissa, Catelin, Logan. His mother Nancy Haymond. His siblings Katherine Hunter (Mike), Robert Stallings (Dawn), Bonnie Bennett (Ronald), Augustine Haymond Jr., Connie Haymond, and 15 nieces and nephews. And many loving friends.
Per Everette’s wishes, there will not be a funeral or viewing and he wanted cremation.
