Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore welcomes new board member
NEW CASTLE — Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore recently welcomed Sara Larch, of Rehoboth Beach, to its Board of Directors.
Ms. Larch is Vice Chair of the Beebe Healthcare Board of Directors. She has over 30 years of real-world industry experience in large healthcare organizations, and 9 years at Deloitte Consulting as Managing Director and National Leader of the Physician Enterprise practice.
Ms. Larch was the COO of University of Maryland’s 900-physician organization and Vice President of Inova Health System. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Master of Science in Health Administration.
“When I retired a couple years ago, I was interested in staying involved in healthcare and finding a community organization, like Easterseals, with a great history and an important mission that improves our community by improving people’s lives,” Ms. Larch said. “As a new Board member, I have more to learn about Easterseals. I hope to bring my experiences to the Board and look forward to identifying where I can make the most difference.”
