Dover trick or treating to take place on Monday, Oct. 31

By Mike FinneyDOVER – Halloween trick or treating in the city of Dover will be held on Monday, Oct. 31 from 5 until 8 p.m.
Individuals who will be participating are asked to be sure to leave their front lights on to designate that they are participating.
Parents are also encouraged to not let children go trick or treating alone and to carry a light and watch for traffic.
