DOVER — Feeling the need to possibly “polish some things up” regarding security at the 13 schools in the Capital School District, Dover Police Chief Thomas Johnson was all set to contact its leaders in the wake of the Uvalde, Texas, school shooting May 24.
However, Dr. Vilicia Cade, Capital’s superintendent, called him first.
