DOVER — A 38-year-old Dover man was arrested and charged with offenses connected to a drug investigation, authorities said.

Leonard White was stopped while driving at 12:15 p.m. in the 4000 block of Forrest Avenue, and Dover police spokesman Sgt. Mark Hoffman said a search warrant was later executed at his apartment on Isabel Isle. A K-9 with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control assisted in the search, police said.

According to police, 65 packages of THC edibles were located. During a further search using the K-9, a box containing 503.6 grams (approximately 1.10 pounds) of crystal meth was located, according to authorities.

Mr. White was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and a traffic violation. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $55,501 secured bond.
