Dover considering reapportionment of City Council district boundaries

DOVER – The city of Dover will be hosting an Election Board meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 11 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room at 15 Loockerman Plaza.

Dover’s Election Board will be considering reapportionment of Dover City Council District Boundaries based on 2020 census data.

City staff has recommended accepting the reapportionment of council district boundaries based on the 2020 census data.

The Election Board consists Heather D. Ennis (at-large); Alfreda F. Dean (First District);  Cherritta L. Matthews (Second District); James W. Brockton (Third District);  M. Milford Caldwell, Jr. (Fourth District) and Andria L. Bennett, city clerk (liaison member).
