Documentary about one of first Black Milford High grads premieres Tuesday

Charles Hammond lived an important part of Delaware history: He was among the first group of African American students to graduate from Milford High School in 1965. Mr. Hammond and the “Milford Seven” are the subject of the second episode of the documentary series, “The Other Side of the Tracks.”
