Delaware body-worn camera meeting moves to Thursday

Posted

DOVER — Following a postponement, the Council on Police Training subcommittee on body-worn cameras has been rescheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday at the Dover Police Department.

At the open meeting, the subcommittee will discuss written comments received from the public and whether to incorporate any into a final draft of mandatory standards for body-worn cameras. The pending standards will then be brought forward at the Council on Police Training at a meeting on April 12.
Monday’s meeting was postponed due to some members being unavailable to attend.

Members of the public can attend the meeting in person at the police station at 400 S. Queen St. or virtually via a Zoom link which is available here.
