SALISBURY — Construction crews will perform maintenance on the City of Salisbury’s water main near Glen Avenue Elementary School for two days beginning May 6.

Officials said the work on Glen Avenue will occur on Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting.

To ensure the safety of both workers and the public, traffic control work zones and traffic flagger operations will be in place during active work hours. Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes, allow extra travel time, and follow all posted signage and flagger instructions while traveling through the area.
